The first credible super group that was worthy, and not a fly by night. I burned through 3 of these lps

I prefer the studio version. They are not the tight cohesive unit I thought they would be.

Aside from the obvious fact of Greg Lake substituting for John Wetton, the thing that most struck me was that at this time Steve Howe was a pretty good looking guy. What happened to his looks years later defies description.

What happened to the drummer with the bowl cut? He was having so much fun in those original vids, I get such a kick outta seeing him play.

Greg Lake was called as a replacement for John Wetton at the last minute and had only days to learn all the songs. Not bad.

オリジナルメンバーなの？！凄いな。やっぱりヴォーカルはジョンウェットンだね。素敵な声だ。83年の武道館に行ったよ。世界同時中継とかの触れ込みでドキドキわくわくしながら九段の坂道を歩いたけど、しょぼしょぼのセット＆ヘロヘロな音痴ヴォーカルでビックリした記憶がある。世界同時中継と言われてもインターネットやスマホもない時代だから確かめようがなくて騙されてるのかなあと思ってた（笑）

You are a good brother. My son has gone to your country every year for the last 10 years except 2 for covid! He loves your country, your people, way of life! I watched the MTV " ASIA in ASIA" special Dec 3, 1983 via satellite. Yes, having Greg Lake as bassist was tough- although I like Greg! So I have met all four of these band members - - probably John Wetton, I connected with most. We were both in AA ( Alchoholics Anonymous around the same time - No SAKE for me brother - 17 years, and counting....( and Ride Easy !) John would tell you why he missed the 1983 Asia in Asia. The band couldn't deal with the "wine" John. The " wine" John was interfering with the "music John." He and the original ASIA were able to return to your noble country, because the " MUSIC, and LIFE," John Wetton, found the light! Best, Charlie

I saw Asia las night in concert, they play awesome. Great song and unique in the history of rock and roll, This concert in Japan absolutely fantastic.

This song brings back so many memories. A little over 20 years ago a relationship I’d been in for nearly a decade was ending but he was a pathological liar and was trying to string me along. Turns out he was having an affair with a 16 year old kid as a 29 year old adult and wanted to get an apartment for them. I had no clue but alarm bells were going off. I started dreaming about this song but hadn’t heard it in years. Then each morning a radio station would play this song daily while I was getting ready for work. It played each morning for at least a couple of weeks, all the while realizing that this was too bizarre to just be a coincidence. This song made me feel empowered. Soon after I discovered what was really going on and completely cut him out of my life. Poor girl got pregnant a few months later and he abandoned her to move in with a 19 year old. He denies to this day that he has ever fathered a child. What a great song.

兄が大ファンで、学生だった83年の初来日公演に行ったけどジョン・ウェットンが脱退していたので残念がっていた。 そして、この2007年に日本で初めてオリジナルメンバーが揃ったエイジアを観るために長期休暇を取り、全公演に参加して大満足だったと後日話しを聞いた。 ジョン・ウェットンが亡くなり、昨年、その兄もこの世を去った。 この会場の何処かに兄がいたと思うと泣けてくる。

Love cruise around in my 1971 Vista cruiser headed to work heating and cooling on ecorse and Hanna road for Harold woods and Mikey woods Ricky Rick's and brother-in-law Dell showing up in Ronnie Liberty Mr padina Mr Al Weiss. And others. Hearing this tune on the way to work on the way home it was cool I was at 10 knocker. Dark work and such. Primarily a grunt.,🏋️🎯👍 physical work
